Product Description

This EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air 10 HP, 2-Stage, 80-Gallon, Vertical Piston Air Compressor is designed for up to 70,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. This unit features Whisper 100 patent-pending noise suppression system cabinet channels intake air through noise cancellation plates and pre-filter media and reduces decibel readings by up to 25%. Silent Air technology is quieter than comparable air compressors. Unit provides 5-layer filtration that’s ideal for environments heavy with airborne particles. The 2-stage solid cast iron pump with dual-control design allows for automatic start/stop or continuous run. Solid steel, heavy-gauge rods with disc valves are built for maximum performance and longevity. Air stream technology operates at a temperature as much as 35% lower than comparable air compressors. The 10 HP motor features a low TEFC 1750 RPM and an 60 Amp startup for industrial jobs. The belt tension adjuster can be used to reduce vibration and extend belt life. The auto tank drain is controlled by a 110V timer to eliminate daily maintenance.
